Arboretum
A.I.R. Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of Barbara Siegel's exhibition entitled Arboretum, featuring wall installations and sculpture made between 2009 and 2011. The exhibition will be on view from November 2-November 26, 2011, with a reception on Thursday, November 3 from 6pm to 9pm.
Barbara Siegel is an installation and book artist living and working in New York City. She has had solo exhibitions at Columbia University, Marilyn Pearl Gallery, Hartnett Murray Gallery, Parsons School of Design, Lehman College, The Gallery of South Orange, Nina Fruedenheim Gallery, Manhattanville College, and the University of Bridgeport. Her work is in numerous private and public collections. She graduated from the University of Chicago, and is an adjunct associate professor in the School of Design Strategies at Parsons the New School for Design.
